The September air in New Hampshire has a special kind of clarity — warm sun, crisp edges, and a promise of fall. Kat and Nik’s wedding at Loch Lyme Lodge in Lyme, NH, on September 20, 2025, was one of those rare days when everything felt in harmony. The lake shimmered in the light, the trees had just begun to turn with early autumn color, and laughter carried easily across the water.
Getting Ready at Loch Lyme Lodge
Kat spent her morning surrounded by love and laughter in the Lakeside Cabin, where she got ready with her bridesmaids — all three of them Nikolai’s sisters. It was the perfect start: soft light streaming through the windows, music in the background, and small bursts of giggles as hair and makeup came together. I loved moving between cabins, catching both sides of the story unfolding. These quiet, candid moments are where the magic hides.
